Il permettra d'identifier le profil du groupe cible du projet en ce qui concerne les connaissances et les comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques n\u00e9cessaires pour les pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 s'int\u00e9grer une fois qu'ils seront lib\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat se compose de deux activit\u00e9s principales :<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; a. l'analyse documentaire : L'objectif de l'analyse documentaire est de fournir une recherche bibliographique approfondie sur l'\u00e9tat de l'art des initiatives de d\u00e9veloppement personnel existantes dans les pays participants et \u00e0 travers l'Europe. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; b.l'analyse des besoins de formation des jeunes d\u00e9linquants : Au total, quatre-vingt (80) entretiens seront men\u00e9s avec des jeunes d\u00e9linquants afin d'\u00e9tudier leurs besoins, leurs points forts et leurs lacunes en mati\u00e8re de connaissances et de comp\u00e9tences li\u00e9es \u00e0 leur int\u00e9gration efficace et permanente dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Ces t\u00e9moignages de premi\u00e8re main refl\u00e9teront la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e0 laquelle les prisonniers sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 travers l'Europe et dicteront tous les aspects cruciaux de l'intervention du projet.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><i>T\u00e9l\u00e9chargez la revue sur les comp\u00e9tences sociales, \u00e9motionnelles et personnelles manquantes des jeunes d\u00e9linquants<\/i>: <u><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/skills4life-project.com\/fr\/2023\/06\/14\/review-of-the-missing-social-emotional-and-personal-skills-of-young-offenders\/\">Ici<\/a><br><\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultat 2 : Le curriculum Skills4life<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le programme Skills4Life vise le d\u00e9veloppement personnel des jeunes ayant un pass\u00e9 criminel. <\/p>\n<p>The curriculum consists of four modules:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; a. L'autonomisation personnelle<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; b. Liens sociaux et relations personnelles, <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; c. Comp\u00e9tences de vie <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; d. Moving on <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Le programme sera appliqu\u00e9 pour la formation des jeunes d\u00e9linquants dans tous les pays participants. Apr\u00e8s le pilotage de l'approche d'apprentissage du projet, l'exp\u00e9rience et les conclusions de ce test seront rassembl\u00e9es et incluses dans le Guide de mise en \u0153uvre du projet. <\/p>\n<p>Le guide de mise en \u0153uvre sera une combinaison de toutes les conclusions qui ont \u00e9merg\u00e9 tout au long du projet concernant la cr\u00e9ation et la fourniture d'une m\u00e9thodologie compl\u00e8te en tant qu'outil pour l'autonomisation r\u00e9ussie de l'individu, son soutien \u00e0 la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration dans la communaut\u00e9 et la d\u00e9sistance future de la criminalit\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>Il fournira \u00e9galement des informations sur la mani\u00e8re de transf\u00e9rer l'approche et de l'int\u00e9grer avec succ\u00e8s dans une s\u00e9rie d'autres instituts p\u00e9nitentiaires.
