The Review is composed of two parts: (1) literature review and (2) needs analysis. The aim of the literature review is to provide a thorough bibliographical research on the state-of-the-art of the existing personal development programmes. To this end, after the overview of the situation and policies of the partner countries and the provision of a theoretical and conceptual evidence base, which indicates the importance of personal agency, identity and personal development in desistance, an overview of existing personal development programmes in prison is provided. The needs analysis consisted of primary research with young people in conflict with the law.\u00a0 The purpose of this was to explore from the perspective of young people themselves what they felt would be helpful for them to learn and know about as they prepared for life back in their community.<\/h6>

The results of this Needs Analysis in conjunction with the Literature Review will identify the project\u2019s target group concerning specific knowledge and skills required for their preparedness to integrate once their term ends<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
